1 Introduction

Welcome to the HaiveAI Acadamey Cohort Training and Internship Program ("Program").

By enrolling or participating in this Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2 Program Overview

The HaiveAI Acadamey Cohort is a structured training and internship initiative designed to provide participants with hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world project exposure.

The duration, schedule, and content of the Program will be communicated in advance to all participants.

3 Eligibility

• Participants must meet the minimum educational or skill requirements specified in the program description.
• Enrollment is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger).
• HaiveAI Acadamey reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny admission if requirements are not met.

4 Program Fees and Payment

• All applicable fees must be paid in full before the start of the Program unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where HaiveAI Acadamey cancels the Program before commencement.
• Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

5 Attendance and Participation

• Participants are expected to attend all training sessions, workshops, and assigned tasks punctually.
• Continuous absenteeism or lack of engagement may result in removal from the Program.
• Active participation in assessments and projects is required to qualify for internship placement or certification.

6 Internship Placement

• Internship placement (if applicable) is subject to satisfactory performance during the training phase.
• Placement duration, stipend (if applicable), and role details will be communicated separately.
• HaiveAI Acadamey does not guarantee full-time employment upon completion of the internship unless explicitly stated.

7 Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline throughout the Program.
• Show respect towards mentors, peers, and staff.
• Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or misconduct.

8 Intellectual Property

• All course materials, resources, and content provided by HaiveAI Acadamey are the intellectual property of the Company.
• Participants may not reproduce, share, or distribute materials without written consent.
• Projects or assignments developed during the internship using company resources remain the property of HaiveAI Acadamey unless stated otherwise in writing.

9 Confidentiality

Participants must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, data, and internal communications received during the Program or internship.

Unauthorized disclosure of such information is strictly prohibited.

10 Certificates and Evaluation

• Certificates of completion will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the training and meet performance criteria.
• Internship experience letters or certificates will be provided after successful completion of assigned internship tasks.

11 Data Privacy

By registering, you consent to HaiveAI Acadamey collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for administrative and communication purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

12 Liability Disclaimer

HaiveAI Acadamey is not liable for any personal, professional, or financial losses resulting from participation in the Program.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation does not violate any existing contractual or academic obligations.

13 Termination

HaiveAI Acadamey reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program for:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• Misconduct or unethical behavior
• Non-performance or failure to comply with Program requirements

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

14 Amendments

HaiveAI Acadamey reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via official channels.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
